Luis, the farm owner had the ambition to grow coffee and when the opportunity to buy some land presented itself, he grabbed it. He continues to work 5 days a week at his day job,  farming the land with his family at weekends, employing temporary workers at harvest time to handpick the coffee. He then dries it on a small sunlit patio they have on the farm.
